When will I get my order?

There are two parts to consider, production time and shipping time.

We produce on demand, everything is made just for you. It takes us about 2–5 business days to produce your products. 

The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

• USA & Canada: 3–6 business days
• Europe: 5–20 business days
• The rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Where will my order ship from?

It depends on what you have ordered and which country you are ordering from. We have manufacturing in several countries.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

How do I track my order?
